Information regarding your right of withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of Article L. 221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract by returning the ordered products in their original packaging and in perfect condition, without giving any reason and without incurring any penalties.
You have a period of 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal, starting from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal , you must complete and return the withdrawal form, or submit any other clear and unambiguous statement expressing your decision to withdraw.

The effects of exercising your right of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you under this contract, with the exception of delivery charges, no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
We will issue the refund using the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction.
Limitations to your right of withdrawal
You may not exercise your right of withdrawal if:
- The item is made to your specifications or customized;
- The item is likely to deteriorate quickly;
- The item was unsealed after delivery;
- The price depends on fluctuations in the financial market.
