If you place an order on Pebbly.fr, discover the delivery options we offer and the steps to follow once your order has been confirmed.

Delivery Options

Pickup Point Delivery

€5.95 per order. Free delivery on orders over €59. Orders are dispatched within 72 business hours for delivery within 5 to 7 business days.

Select the Pickup Point of your choice from those available near you (mainland France and Monaco) when choosing your delivery method on www.pebbly.fr. For each Pickup Point, you will find opening days and hours, as well as a location map.

Your parcel will be delivered directly to your selected Pickup Point. Delivery times are calculated in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).

You will receive an email notification when your parcel arrives at the Pickup Point, including a reminder of the opening hours and a location map.

You have 8 days from the first notification to collect your order from the Pickup Point.

Home Delivery

€9.90 per order. Free delivery on orders over €59. Orders are dispatched within 72 business hours for delivery within 5 to 7 business days.

Pebbly offers home delivery via DPD (mainland France).

The delivery timeframe indicated is the average time observed from the date your order is placed. Delivery times are calculated in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your parcel has been prepared and handed over to the carrier, it will be delivered by DPD within approximately 5 business days, either directly to your mailbox (if it is large enough) or to your home or workplace.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, or if your mailbox is too small, a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox. On the same day, before midnight, you can go online to schedule a new delivery date within the next 6 business days or arrange to collect your parcel from the pickup location of your choice from 3:00 p.m. the following day. If no choice is made, your parcel will be available for collection at your local post office for up to 15 days.

For French Overseas Territories (DOM-TOM): Please note that we currently do not ship to the French overseas territories.

For Europe: We deliver to Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and Portugal.
