To support you from start to finishwith your preparations
Do you have a question about the Pebbly casserole dish?
Yes, absolutely. The cocotte is fitted with a base suitable for all hobs: induction, glass-ceramic, gas and electric.
Yes, both the pot and the cast-iron lid are oven-safe up to 240 °C. Just remember to remove the bamboo trivet from the top beforehand.
This is not recommended. To preserve the ceramic non-stick coating in the long term, use soft bamboo or silicone utensils to avoid scratches.
The cocotte made from recycled cast aluminium, the lid and the stainless steel steamer basket are all dishwasher-safe. However, the natural bamboo trivet should be washed by hand using a soft sponge and a little lukewarm water.
With a diameter of 24 cm and a capacity of 4.5 litres, it is ideal for preparing full meals for 3 to 6 people, or for cooking larger quantities using the batch cooking method.
Its lid has an adjustable vent. By simply turning it, you can seal the casserole dish to retain moisture or allow steam to escape.
Thanks to its healthy, non-stick ceramic coating, all you need is a non-abrasive sponge with lukewarm water and a little washing-up liquid. The cocotte is also dishwasher-safe. Avoid abrasive cleaning products and steel wool. For the bamboo trivet, wipe it with a damp cloth and leave it to air dry before storing it away.
